Damaged or Defective Items

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong product.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After production or shipping has started, cancellations may not be possible.
