The 33-Layer Damascus VG-10 Nakiri 160mm (6.3") from ASC Forge weighs approximately 6.56 oz and features a striking 33-layer Damascus pattern forged from VG-10 steel — a visually distinctive pick for USA home cooks who do a lot of vegetable prep.
A Nakiri is a flat-edged vegetable knife built for clean, straight-down chopping cuts rather than the rocking motion of a Western chef's knife, making it ideal for dicing onions, slicing cucumbers, and other high-volume produce work.
A distinctive choice for a dedicated vegetarian or health-focused cook, and a striking gift for a housewarming, wedding, or holiday occasion.
