This 8-piece kitchen knife set from ASC Forge features one-of-a-kind purple resin handles and high-carbon steel blades with an etched Damascus pattern, a nod to a centuries-old knife-making tradition. The pattern is Damascus-style, not layered Damascus steel. It is a colorful choice for USA home cooks who want their knives to stand out.
High-carbon steel is known for hardness and a keen edge. Each knife is heat-treated and sharpened, with a 15-degree blade angle for precise, effortless cuts, and each handle includes a finger guard for added safety.
It makes a vivid birthday gift, housewarming gift, wedding gift, or holiday gift.
