This knife roll is designed for chefs who value function, craftsmanship, and easy portability. It has six knife slots that can hold blades up to 13" (330mm), including a Yanagiba. A utility pouch sewn to the body provides extra space for larger tools such as a bench scraper or scissors.

We partnered exclusively with Shionoya Hosei, an expert sewing studio renowned for precision and long-lasting craftsmanship, to create a knife roll tailored to the needs of professional chefs. Each roll is hand-stitched in Tsubame-Sanjo, Niigata, using Japan-made materials and crafted solely by Shionoya Hosei.

The result is a knife roll that is lightweight, durable, and designed to carry your knives and tools safely and securely. It’s comfortable to carry on its own and compact enough to stash in another bag.
