The Staghollow is a handmade stag antler cowboy knife in the classic skinner pattern, pairing a farrier rasp steel blade with a genuine stag antler handle. Like all of our custom knives, it is shaped by hand with care and finished in a traditional western style that blends style and strength in one compact blade.

Farrier Rasp Steel Blade at 60 HRC Hardness

The blade is forged from recycled farrier rasp steel, the hard, high-carbon steel once used to shape horse hooves, using traditional techniques that keep its rugged, textured surface. It is heat treated to approximately 60 HRC hardness on the Rockwell scale, a level that gives strong edge retention while keeping the blade tough enough for field work. Built full tang, with the steel running through the handle, it stays strong and well balanced for years of use.

Genuine Stag Antler Handle With a Comfortable Grip

The stag antler handle is cut from genuine stag antler, and its natural texture offers a secure, comfortable grip even with wet or cold hands. Care
