This 12-piece Damascus knife block set from ASC Forge combines an AUS-10 Japanese steel cutting core with a 73-layer Damascus clad blade finish, rated at 62 HRC. The red epoxy resin and maple wood handles give the set a bold, fire-like look for USA kitchens that want matching chef and steak knives in one block.

The set includes five kitchen knives (an 8-inch chef's Gyuto, 7-inch Santoku, 8-inch serrated bread knife, 5-inch utility knife, and 3.5-inch paring knife), four 5-inch serrated steak knives, an 8-inch diamond sandblasted sharpening rod, kitchen shears, and an acacia wood block. The knives are full-tang with a stainless steel bolster and a 9–12 degree double-bevel edge.
