This 6-piece red resin steak knife set from ASC Forge combines high-carbon steel blades with crimson red resin handles. Each blade carries a laser-etched Damascus pattern, a nod to a knife-making style with roots going back about 1,000 years, so the look is Damascus-style rather than layered Damascus steel.
The serrated blade is designed to cut cleanly through steaks with a thick, tough exterior or a softer, juicier center. Each knife is heat-treated and sharpened before shipping, and the resin handle is shaped for comfort and control at the table. A strong pick for USA home cooks who like to host.
It makes a natural housewarming gift, wedding gift, holiday gift, or Father's Day gift.
