This 7-piece Damascus kitchen knife set from ASC Forge is made from 67-layer Japanese Damascus steel: a VG10 steel core with 33 layers of Damascus on each side, rated at HRC 62. The Damascus pattern forms a wave-like line along the edge of each blade, which gives the set a modern look and a strong visual identity for USA kitchens.

Every knife is ground to a 15-degree edge, finer than the typical 20–25 degree edge on many Western knives, for fast and precise slicing and chopping. The blades connect to the handle with seamless blade-to-handle construction, and each handle combines blue resin with natural wood, made through a crafting process that makes every handle different from the next.

The set comes with a custom-fit leather sheath for each knife. That makes it a complete wedding gift, housewarming gift, anniversary gift, or holiday gift for a serious home cook.
